Thank you for shopping at Dublin Body Paint. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Shipment processing time

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Note: further delays can be expected during Covid19.
Please be kind, this is a one-woman operateasion, and sometimes I get sick or get called out on jobs and have to rely on the kindness of friends to help my business out. So sometimes, very rarely, orders take longer than usual to be shipped out. If you're in need of something quickly, please just get in touch and I can try to accommodate you.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Ireland
All orders in the Republic of Ireland include a flat rate or free shipping depending on the order value. Shipping is free on orders over €75.
All post is processed by An Post. There are 2 options, An Post or Courier. An Post standard post is untracked and costs €4. It is mostly 1-2 days delivery, but occasionally things go astray, and with no tracking number ther's no way to know what happened it.
Courier is currently being sent by An Post Express as we found it to be one of the most reliable services. It is mostly next day, but occasionally it takes a bit longer. It costs €10.
*please note, that the post office is only open Monday to Friday, and the shop is only open Tuesday to Saturday. So if you order courier on a Friday evening, you likely won't have it until Wednesday.

Europe
No liquids can be posted outside of Ireland. This is the policy of the postal service, and not by Dublin Body Paint. Any liquids purchased will be refunded.
Orders to Europe are charged a flat rate of €10. It will be posted using standard post which is not tracked. Courier services are only available by special request, and are generally extremely expensive.
Delivery to Europe is EXTREMELY unpredictable. It has recently taken 3-4 weeks to get to the UK, and up to 6 weeks to get to Italy and Croatia.

America, Canada, Australia

Orders to America, Canada, and Australia are charged a flat rate of €15.
It will be posted using standard post which is not tracked.
Courier services are only available by special request, and are generally extremely expensive.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or Addresses

We do not ship items to P.O. boxes or zones unreachable by post.

Product Delivery Information

All products are subject to availability. While every care is taken to state the correct sizes and specifications of all items, slight variations may occur within accepted trade tolerances and in exceptional circumstances, if any article is not available, we may send you a carefully selected substitute of equal or greater value, with your permission only. If for this or any other reason, the goods are not acceptable, they may be returned. Our consumer contracts are governed by Irish law.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), should you opt for us to use one. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns

We do not issue returns unless the product is faulty.
If an item is faulty please contact us on contact us on hello@dublinbodypaint.com and we will arrange an appropriate action. In the event of Dublin Body Paint sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item/s, you must return the item to Dublin Body Paint within 30 days. Dublin Body Paint reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Dublin Body Paint confirms we will issue a replacement.

Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty. As per EU laws and guidelines an item can be returned within 14 days provided it is not used, in its original packaging and not damaged in any way.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect (after 14 days), however if you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item the following policies apply:

If the item was damaged in transit

If you take delivery of a Dublin Body Paint package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange; please contact us directly at +353 83 417 5786 or hello@dublinbodypaint.com and ensure you include your order reference number in all correspondences. Please also include photos of the product, receipt and packaging. This is important to us to try to find out where the error occured and take the necessary steps.

If the item is defective (within 30 days of receipt) You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period. Please contact us directly at hello@dublinbodypaint.com to discuss the nature of any defective item and any possible solutions.

If the item becomes defective (after 30 days of receipt)

If we sent you an item you did not order (an “incorrect” item)

As soon as you find out we’ve sent you an incorrect item, contact us directly at hello@dublinbodypaint.com to arrange return and/or replacement of the item in question. Please include your order reference number in all correspondences. This shipping and returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
