They don't need any specific adhesive, they generate a small cloud of glitter that will stick to any damp paint that hasn't fully dried yet.
If you're looking to make it stick a little longer, you can spray a makeup fixing spray, or hair spray afterwards, or beforehand for for a stronger hold check out our adhesives.
